3. Professional Use and Liability Disclaimer

• The Platform provides information, analysis tools, and recommendations to assist qualified engineers in their decision-making process
• All final engineering decisions, assessments, and actions remain the sole responsibility of the user
• WellSolveAble does not provide engineering services, professional advice, or make operational decisions on behalf of users
• Users must independently verify all information and recommendations before implementation
• The Platform's outputs are intended to inform, not replace, professional engineering judgment

4. Limitation of Liability

WellSolveAble, its owners, operators, and affiliates SHALL NOT be held liable for:

• Any outcomes, damages, or losses resulting from decisions made based on Platform-generated reports or recommendations
• Well integrity failures, operational incidents, or safety issues arising from user decisions
• Financial losses, property damage, or personal injury resulting from the use or misuse of Platform information
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform-generated content
• Any consequences of implementing solutions or recommendations provided by the Platform

Users acknowledge that:

• They are qualified professionals responsible for their own engineering decisions
• They will conduct independent verification of all Platform outputs
• They understand the inherent risks in oil and gas operations
• They will not rely solely on Platform-generated content for critical decisions

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of WellSolveAble, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with industry regulations
• Ensure you have appropriate professional qualifications and licenses for your work
• Not share, distribute, or resell access to the Platform without authorization
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) regulations
• Report any technical issues or inaccuracies discovered in the Platform

6. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed annually through our payment processor, Polar.sh
• Subscription tiers (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) have specific report generation limits
• Users are responsible for monitoring their usage against subscription limits
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, and materials on WellSolveAble are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws
• Users retain ownership of data they input into the Platform
• Generated reports may be used by users for their professional purposes
• Users may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute Platform software or content

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Share account access with unauthorized parties
• Exceed usage limits or abuse the Platform

9. Modifications to Service
